Shipping

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service level. Tracking details are sent by email once your package ships.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are charged by your local authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

Eligible unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting us with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve quickly with replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually post funds within 5–10 business days.
