Refund & returns policy
Returns
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If an item is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any included cards or pouches.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not send items back without confirmation — unidentified packages may be refused.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item when stock allows, or issue a refund including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
Non-refundable items
Final sale items, gift cards, items marked as non-returnable at purchase, and pieces that show wear, alteration, or engraving may not be eligible for refund. Hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded where required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.
Exchanges
We do not hold inventory for automatic exchanges. The fastest path is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred variant.
