Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping

RAW & RARE ships internationally to most regions. If your country appears at checkout, we can fulfil your order. Restrictions may apply for certain carriers or remote areas — we will contact you if your label requires a change.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave our studio within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During launches or high volume, processing may extend by a few days — we will communicate delays by email when they affect your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after the label is created. If you do not see movement after three business days, contact us with your order number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by your local customs authority. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We cannot predict exact amounts; contact your customs office for guidance.

Incorrect addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship at the customer’s expense once the item is received back in sellable condition.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once a carrier has possession of your package, timing is subject to their network. If tracking shows no movement beyond the carrier’s stated window, email us — we will open a trace with the carrier and advise next steps.
